Prestige Golfshire witnessed one of the closest contests of the Golf Rendezvous Pro-Am League (GRPL) Season 1 as Hyderabad Albatross emerged victorious in the Bengaluru Leg after an intense battle that kept all six franchises in contention until the final few holes.
With only four shots separating first and second place, and just two shots between second and third, the Bengaluru leg proved why GRPL has become India’s most exciting city-based golf league.
Owned by Ranjan Sood & Savi Abraham, Represented by Captain Akshay Sharma, Haldi Golf County Hyderabad Albatross produced a composed team performance to finish on +566, securing maximum points from Leg 3 and moving to the top of the overall league standings with 26 points.

Owned by Vega Jahajgarhia & Tanvi Gupta, Captain Pooja Ahluwalia led Delhi Royals to a spirited runner-up finish at +570, collecting 8 valuable league points and remaining firmly in the title race.
Owned by Zion Hills Golf County, the Carnelian Kolar Zioneers led by Captain sanjai Singh finished a close third at +572, only two shots behind Delhi Royals, adding six crucial points to their campaign.
The remaining positions saw KHT Bangalore Eagles, led by Namit Gumbhir, finish fourth on +582, followed by Ahmedabad Aces under the leadership of Devang Shah on +590, while Gurugram Titans, captained by Jahnavi Prakhya, completed the leaderboard at +596.

Overall League Standings After Three Legs
The Bengaluru leg has significantly reshaped the championship race.
Hyderabad Albatross now lead the standings with 26 points, followed by Ahmedabad Aces on 20 points and KHT Bangalore Eagles on 16 points.
Delhi Royals continue to remain within striking distance on 15 points, while Carnelian Kolar Zioneers move to 9 points and Gurugram Titans stand on 7 points.
With three league events still to be played, every point now carries even greater significance as franchises continue their pursuit of Prestigious GRPL Trophy and an INR 1 Crore Prize Pool.
Individual Champions Book International Finale Berths
Beyond the team battle, Bengaluru also celebrated exceptional individual performances.
The winner of the individual category secured direct qualification for the prestigious GRPL International Finale, earning the opportunity to compete on the league’s global stage later this season.
